There was an incident where a 45 year old lady saw her daughter enrolled into fines of $100 with a sentencing her to a four hour defensive driving course. The lady busted out in tears when judge accepted the deal. The investigation revealed out that Smith’s vehicle went into path of 30 year old Brevard Country which was travel ling towards Wick ham at 40 mph speed limit.
This incident lead to death of 2 passengers with one seriously injured in crash. Due to this incident the lady has been faced fines up to $1000 with a six month driver’s license suspension and a fine unto $154. The judge for this case said that he would withhold settlement only if Smith agreed to the driving course. The lady has 6 months to complete the driving course and pay the fines along with the ordered cost for the court.
