The judges assigned traffic tickets to defensive driving class participants. The District Court Division decides which defendants are sent to defensive driving. The place where they live would make them take a specific class. The chief official who is teaching the course is registered with National Safety Council.
There are lot of questions which arise for this program that whether this program can be run and if run the where would be the revenue from the class be handled and the city officials scraped the idea for running such a program.
So it is in real mess to the judges whether such a course should come into existence, with many of problems it has.
