It is offering a few handy safety tips and a checklist for what has to be done if you are involved in an accident.

- Always wear your seat belt. That is the best way to prevent injury and even death in case of an accident.
- Do not use your cell phones for texting or calling while you are behind the wheel.
- Stay awake and alert while you are driving. Many accidents take place due to drivers being drowsy.
- Do not drive when you are drunk. If you have consumed alcohol and need to travel, make sure you have a designated driver.
- If you are involved in an accident, stay calm and do not panic. Also, do not leave the scene of accident.
- Call 911 if anyone is injured in the accident. Take care to not move the injured person.
