Safe Driver Course Set For SJH-Elmer

South Jersey HealthCare Elmer Hospital would sponsor a driver safety program on Wednesday. The seats for the same would be available for a two day course. The participants who really want to opt for this course would require to attend both the classes which are being run for four hours each day. On successful completion of this course each attendee would receive a certificate which would qualify you for a 5 percent reduction in violations against New Jersey driver license.

The Driver Safety Program is nation’s first and largest classroom course which is designed specifically for drivers in age of 50 or younger. This course emphasizes safety and defensive driving class teaching with new laws and rules for the road.

It teaches one how older people can adjust the driving to compensate for age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction time as to how one can handle problem situations making them a left-away turn, with free away driving, blind spots and driving distractions.

It also teaches one about the participants which arise out of safety features on vehicles and how to assess one’s driving ability. The classroom sets and promotes the group discussion with great interaction.
